Weights

Due to the puzzles  are made of wood  weights are approx  +/- 0.2gms.

Packaging

For environmental reasons we do not use any marketing or advertisement cartons or packaging. 

All puzzles are protected by a clear shrink wrap packing film, then sent out to the customer in a jiffy bag or their own packaging.

Colour Tone

Colour tone may vary due to natural wood and colour dyes.

ISO8124 and  EN71 toy safety standards

Most of all puzzles produced in the world are screen printed the either laser cut or machine punched.

Our puzzles; each individual  mosaic  piece is laser cut, quality inspected, hand sprayed, quality inspected again, assembled and then a final quality inspection is carried out.  All process is carried out by craft people and artisans.  

All puzzles comply with ISO8124 and  EN71 toy safety standards – these must be displayed on the site.

Handling and Storage of Puzzles

Puzzles must be stored in dry conditions at all times.

Puzzles must not be stored in wet or damp conditions.

Puzzles will warp when they are exposed to the following conditions:

  • Submerged in water
  • Come in contact with water
  • Left out in adverse or abnormal weather conditions
  • Raining
  • Snowing
  • Left out overnight  and exposed to evening damp air or early morning dew
  • If placed in mouth and sucked by children and adults

 Puzzle colours will fade when exposed to long duration of direct sunlight.
