Retail orders taken thereafter will usually be dispatched, when in stock, within 48 hours from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Fox Puzzles of London Ltd™ will notify you by way of email when your puzzles are to be dispatched to you.
Delivery will be between three to five working days for retail orders to mainland UK and charged at standard UK delivery service cost depending on the weight of your order. All trade and distributors please call Melanie on 07508102625 for trade delivery.
If your puzzle is "out of stock" you will be advised of the date when more stock is due before you place your order. If there is a further delay we will notify you by email or post. Your order will then be dispatched when the puzzles are in stock and you order. We will only charge your debit or credit card when our puzzles have been sent to you.
The puzzles you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
Please check that you enter your correct and full address when placing your order. You must check the delivery address on any acknowledgement or acceptance we provide and notify us without delay of errors or omissions. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from changes you make to the delivery address after you submit an order.
All puzzles destined for your delivery address will be shipped by a responsible courier with some form of delivery confirmation or tracking code where possible. However, it is not possible to identify which carrier we will use for your order in advance.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons beyond our control Fox Puzzles of London Ltd will inform you as soon as possible.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 14 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment method for the puzzles. You are required to return the goods to Fox Puzzles of London Ltd. Please see our returns policy.
Every effort will be made to deliver your puzzles as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Fox Puzzles of London Ltd will inform you of any delay as soon as possible (and no later than 30 days after acceptance of your order) and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.
Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the puzzles received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED".
Free delivery on orders over £100.00 to UK mainland for end customers only not for trade customers. All orders under £100.00 will be charged at standard UK delivery cost. All overseas customers please call Melanie on 07508 102 625 for a quote.
If our puzzles are being ordered from outside the British Isles, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your puzzles reach their destination. Fox Puzzles of London Ltd™ are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the puzzle you will also be the importer of such puzzles and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the puzzles are being imported. Please be aware that puzzles may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that Fox Puzzles of London Ltd™ cannot guarantee that the packaging of your puzzles will be free of signs of tampering.
